ABOUT THE ROLE Join the founding team at an early-stage healthtech company as its first GTM Engineer. You will build the sales motion for AI software serving veterinary practices, working closely with the founders and helping shape the path to future sales hires. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Manage full-cycle sales to veterinary practices, from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and closing. - Develop and test outreach across email, LinkedIn, phone, and events, refining targeting and messaging based on results. - Build customer relationships after the sale, supporting retention, identifying upsell opportunities, and gathering referrals. - Own CRM pipeline management, data hygiene, and reporting using tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive. - Document and improve early sales processes, playbooks, and reporting, including dashboards where useful.…
