Location: Chancery Lane, London (Office-based 4 days) THE MISSION At Fyxer, we believe the only sustainable competitive advantage for a startup is the quality and speed of execution. We are looking for a Product Lead who operates like a Staff PM: someone who owns our most important product bets end-to-end, from ambiguous problem space to shipped outcome. You combine sharp product judgment with hands-on discovery skills, and you measure yourself on commercial impact, not output. We're not looking for someone to write specs and manage a backlog. We want someone who helps us think better, decide better, and ship better. The goal isn't more process, it's higher quality decisions made faster.
