JOB DESCRIPTION: JOB OVERVIEW We are looking for a Staff Infrastructure Engineer to improve the end-to-end production workflow from a business perspective. You will identify the bottlenecks that slow delivery, increase cost, or hurt quality, and lead cross-team engineering changes to resolve them. WHAT YOU WILL OWN - Map the production workflow from business demand through data processing to delivery; use operational data and frontline feedback to identify delays, rework, resource constraints, and gaps in ownership. - Prioritize improvements by business impact, effort, and dependencies; align teams on outcomes, responsibilities, and delivery milestones. - Lead changes across infrastructure, services, tooling, and working practices, partnering with product, data, research, and operations teams through implementation and adoption.…
