JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sr. Associate Scientist to join our Discovery Chemistry team at Iambic Therapeutics in San Diego, CA. In this role, the successful candidate will apply hands-on synthetic chemistry skills to execute high-throughput experiments and support compound library campaigns. Candidates will be leveled based on experience, technical depth, and demonstrated independence. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally with broader chemistry, biology, compound management, AI/ML, and software teams across the discovery pipeline, leveraging Iambic's HTE platform to accelerate our programs.
