About the role
OpenAI’s Health AI team is working to ensure that advances in AI meaningfully improve health for everyone. We build AI systems that help people better understand and navigate their health while setting a high bar for safety, reliability, privacy, and user trust. On the Consumer Health team, we’re building health experiences directly into ChatGPT. People can use ChatGPT to understand health information, prepare for appointments, make sense of changes over time, and have more informed conversations grounded in their own health context. Our work sits at the intersection of consumer product engineering, AI, and healthcare. We work closely with product, design, research, safety, privacy, and other ChatGPT teams to build experiences used at global scale.
