ABOUT THE ROLE This customer-facing role bridges pre-sales and implementation, serving as the technical lead from discovery through go-live. You will work across the commercial organization with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to design solutions that address supply chain and cold chain challenges and remain practical to deliver.
