About the role
We're hiring a Senior Backend Engineer to tackle some of the toughest performance and scalability challenges in our Athlete Management System (AMS), owning the work from initial investigation through production. I'm Charbel Al Batal, Director, Engineering at Teamworks. AMS supports elite sports and military organizations around the world and runs on a Java application with roughly twenty years of history. We’re building on that foundation to support significantly larger workloads, making thoughtful improvements where they will have the greatest impact. We’re expanding the AMS backend team as part of a major effort to improve performance, reliability, and scale.
