The Consumer Lifecycle team owns the product experience that turns SumUp app signups into active, transacting customers - from onboarding through to first transaction and ongoing engagement. As the sole Product Manager for consumer activation and engagement, you will own that funnel end to end, improving conversion at every stage. What you'll do. Own the consumer onboarding funnel end to end: signup, identity verification (KYC), first funding, first transaction and habitual use.
