ABOUT THE ROLE Join a small product engineering team building AI voice and customer communication software. You will own features end-to-end across applied AI, agent configuration, integrations, and the systems behind them, helping deliver reliable solutions to customer problems. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Build product features that help users configure AI agents, troubleshoot issues, connect external systems, and get useful answers from their data. - Develop and improve voice agents for speed, reliability, and high-quality interactions. - Extend agent capabilities across calls, messaging, and email, with shared memory and state. - Build memory systems that support reasoning across customer interactions and workflows. - Improve observability and tracing so issues in agent interactions are easier to understand and resolve. - Help agents select the right communication channel for each interaction.…
