About the role
ABOUT THE ROLE Join the product engineering team at a seed-stage B2B AI communications startup. You will own customer-facing features from discovery through deployment, helping shape a voice AI product through close customer collaboration and rapid iteration. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Build and evolve the platform using TypeScript, NestJS, Node.js, and React. - Own features from ideas and prototypes through production release. - Speak with customers, gather feedback, and participate in support and user testing. - Break down opportunities into valuable, practical releases and iterate based on feedback. - Contribute to feature prioritization and product roadmap decisions. - Use product metrics and experiments to inform decisions and validate ideas.
