ABOUT THE ROLE This hands-on, customer-facing role sits within a customer operations team at a seed-stage AI voice automation company. Depending on the focus, you will guide customers from implementation through launch or support adoption, retention, and growth across live accounts. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Scope customer use cases, configure and tune voice agents, and coordinate testing to bring customers into production. - Design integrations with customer systems such as CRMs, dialers, calendars, and ticketing platforms, using APIs, custom function tools, and webhooks. - Monitor agent performance and troubleshoot integration, conversation flow, and call quality issues in production. - Manage customer projects and account outcomes, including time-to-value and pilot conversion or retention and usage expansion.…
