About the role
Hi š Iām Dom Allgood, Client Education Manager at hyperexponential. I joined four years ago as a Curriculum Developer and have spent the last couple of years growing Client Education into the (soon to be) five-person team it is today. Before hx I spent a decade teaching Computing in secondary schools. Outside of work most of my time goes to my two children, and what's left to running and, more recently, mountain biking - where I'm still very much a beginner. Client Education exists to get our customers to value as quickly as possible, and to keep them there. We run instructor-led training, own hx Academy where all our self-paced learning content lives, own the certification programme, and run some of our customer events. We've also recently taken ownership of Developer+, and that's where this role comes in.ā¦
