Senior Customer Engineers are responsible for both net-new and expansion opportunities in existing accounts. They establish knowledgeable and trusted relationships from day one and serve as thoughtful technical advisors. The CE maintains a technical relationship with customers throughout the entire customer journey, both pre- and post-sale.
