ABOUT THE ROLE Join an engineering team building AI-powered productivity software. You will focus on two core challenges: scaling backend systems and improving the reliability and efficiency of LLM and AI agent workflows that support the product. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Design, build, and maintain backend services that can scale as product usage grows. - Optimize LLM integrations and AI agent orchestration for reliability and efficiency in production. - Take ownership of technical challenges and ship improvements that positively affect platform performance and user experience.
