You will turn advances in agent systems into reliable capabilities that help users complete real work, shaping both the underlying platform and the experiences built on it. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Explore advances in reasoning, planning, memory, tool use, and agent collaboration to identify useful product opportunities. - Build reusable agent skills and workflows that address concrete user needs. - Develop the Python agent harness, including execution loops, orchestration, context management, structured outputs, retries, and error recovery. - Design tools and integrations for email, calendars, messaging, browsers, documents, CRMs, and business software. - Own capabilities across Python agents, Django services, APIs, React interfaces, data models, background jobs, observability, and production operations.…
