About the role
. Our Sydney Business Operations Engineering team creates scalable, business-critical applications and tools that automate and support teams across IMC. They gather requirements and feedback from a wide range of internal stakeholders and turn them into creative automation solutions built on modern engineering practices. As the team grows the number of processes it runs and the range of stakeholders it supports, we are investing heavily in how we scale by using agentic coding to accelerate development, and building AI into the automation itself so that analysis which has always been manual can start with a machine-generated first pass.
