About the role
ABOUT THE JOB: The Professional Services Engineer is responsible for delivering technical implementation, consulting, optimization, and customer enablement services for DDN high-performance data infrastructure. The role supports customers throughout the lifecycle of their environments, from planning and installation through configuration, performance tuning, knowledge transfer, and ongoing optimization. The role requires strong hands-on expertise across DDN storage platforms, EXAScaler/Lustre file systems, Linux, high-speed networking, and data-centre infrastructure. The engineer works closely with customers, Sales, Support, Product Engineering, and other Professional Services team members to deliver successful projects.
