About the role
We're hiring a Product Manager to own our claim-status and voice workflows inside Adonis's AI Agents platform. Agents work revenue cycle claims across payer and provider systems over API, payer portals, and the phone. This role owns two of those: figuring out where a claim stands with a payer, and calling payers to move claims forward. More of that calling is shifting to AI voice, and you'll own that build too. You'll run these workflows day to day, from first requirements through launch and everything after, working closely with Agents product and engineering. We're looking for someone who knows revenue cycle, is comfortable in the technical details, and leans on data to decide what to fix next.
