ABOUT THE ROLE Join an AI agent monitoring startup as a full-stack Product Engineer. You will shape how teams identify, prioritize, and resolve production failures in AI agents, helping make these systems more reliable and easier to trust. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Turn high volumes of production signals into clear, prioritized issues for teams to address. - Build and improve the end-to-end workflow for detecting, triaging, alerting on, and resolving failures. - Integrate the product with tools such as collaboration platforms, issue trackers, code hosting services, and coding agents. - Develop ways for people and AI agents to work together on resolving issues. - Build across the full stack in TypeScript, from data ingestion and core services to user-facing product features. - Work directly with customers to understand problems and deliver solutions, while helping establish engineering standards.…
