About the Team OpenAI’s mission is to ensure that general-purpose artificial intelligence benefits all of humanity. The Youth team is focused on making AI safe, useful, and empowering for young people. Our work spans foundational protections—including age assurance and always-on safety—as well as new learning and education experiences. We’re also exploring how OpenAI’s technology can support K–12 schools, educators, classrooms, and collaborative learning. About the Role We’re looking for a staff-level product designer to shape how young people safely engage with AI and help define OpenAI’s emerging education experiences. You’ll work across immediate product needs and ambitious zero-to-one opportunities, from age-appropriate safety systems to tools for learning and group work. A high craft bar is imperative.…
