What You Will Do . We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to own the future of Lattice Engagement and help define what great employee listening looks like in the years ahead. Employee listening is a critical way HR leaders understand their organizations, build trust with employees, and turn feedback into action. As expectations for listening evolve, Lattice has an opportunity to make Engagement a more strategic, intelligent, and indispensable part of how companies lead. You’ll create the long-term strategy for Lattice Engagement and lead the first major iteration of that strategy from discovery through launch.
