About the role
Figure is an AI Robotics company developing a general purpose humanoid. Our humanoid robot, Figure 03, is designed for commercial tasks and the home. We are based in San Jose, CA and require 5 days/week in-office collaboration. It's time to build. We're looking for an Android lead to own Figure's consumer Android app end to end. The app pairs with proprietary hardware and will ingest high volumes of data. You'll be the founding Android engineer. You set the technical direction for the platform, ship the app, and grow the team behind it. WHAT YOU'LL DO . Own the Android app end to end, from architecture to Google Play release. Build and ship a consumer-grade client with best-in-class polish and performance. Own core app surfaces: onboarding, capture, tasks, earnings, and notifications.
