ABOUT THE ROLE Join an early-stage AI sales automation team building multimodal agents that communicate across voice, SMS, and email. You will own a core product or infrastructure domain end to end, work directly with customers, and help shape product decisions as the team grows. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Own a domain from architecture through daily production releases. - Talk with customers, synthesize feedback, and make product decisions without relying on a dedicated product manager. - Build and optimize agents across voice, SMS, and email, including low-latency voice experiences and persistent conversation state. - Set quality practices for non-deterministic systems, including evaluations, prompt versioning, guardrails, and drift detection. - Work across React and Next.js frontends, Node.js backends, and Python services.…
