ABOUT THE ROLE Build the intelligence layer for an AI-powered recruiting marketplace, including the systems that match candidates with relevant roles. You will own recommendation, ranking, and retrieval capabilities from early design through production. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Design and build recommendation, ranking, and retrieval systems for candidate-role matching. - Develop LLM-powered features and improve matching quality using measurable outcomes. - Take product features from problem definition to production, shipping at a rapid cadence. - Build and maintain the data pipelines and backend services that support production models. - Work with company leadership to translate product goals into working systems.
