ABOUT THE ROLE Join the engineering team as a founding-level engineer responsible for the agent layer at a flexible-work marketplace and SaaS company. You will build production agent systems that connect with real-world business workflows, set patterns for how agents are built and improved, and work closely with company leadership. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Own the agent layer end to end, including context systems, self-learning, evaluations, the agent harness, and the meta-harness. - Build a knowledge base that accumulates information about undocumented systems and improves future integrations. - Develop workflows that detect production failures, diagnose causes, and recover autonomously. - Establish how agents are built, measured, and improved across the platform. - Create tools and processes that enable teams to build, evaluate, and evolve agents quickly.…
