ABOUT THE ROLE Join a product engineering team building AI-powered procurement software for enterprise customers. You will work closely with procurement teams to understand their workflows, improve AI agent performance, and deliver solutions that create practical value. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Work with procurement teams to understand their workflows, decisions, and challenges, then turn broad requests into clear problems to solve. - Review customer conversations and system traces to identify where AI agents succeed, fail, or stall. - Improve agent behavior by refining prompts, context, and tool use, and help turn recurring failures into evaluation cases. - Build product features, customer-specific adapters, and integrations that connect enterprise systems and data. - Work across APIs and frontend applications to take solutions from initial idea through production.…
