Billing owns the monetization and revenue systems that turn platform usage into accurate customer charges and finance-ready revenue data. The team’s scope includes plans, subscriptions, usage-based billing, invoices, payments, credits, coupons, taxation, dunning, collections, pricing mechanics, entitlements, marketplace and partner billing paths, and integrations with providers such as Stripe and Orb.
