Lead ON.energy’s Systems Engineering team and the practices that translate product strategy, customer needs, grid requirements, and technology opportunities into complete, verifiable system solutions. Establish practical systems engineering governance across product architecture, requirements, interfaces, technical risk, verification, qualification, and design transfer.
