ABOUT THE ROLE Own the data foundation for an early-stage AI/ML software company, including its warehouse, production pipelines, BI layer, and conversion tracking. You will join an early analytics function, work directly with company leadership, and build data systems that inform business decisions and advertising platform bidding. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Own the ClickHouse warehouse schema, ingestion, backfills, and performance, making decisions about data structure and access. - Build and operate reliable Python pipelines from sources such as Postgres, billing systems, team tools, and advertising platforms, with testing, monitoring, recovery, and data verification. - Manage conversion tracking and attribution data, including server-side events, platform conversion imports, and feeds of lifetime gross profit.…
