About the role
The role and its impact Xero's G&A Data & Analytics team makes trusted data usable for the teams that keep Xero running, including Finance, HR, Legal, and Workplace. As a Data & Analytics Enablement Lead (Self-Service Enablement Lead), you will own how those teams find, understand and act on data for themselves. You will set the enablement roadmap, define the guardrails that make self service safe, and design the ways of working that let a G&A team answer its own question rather than joining a queue. This covers everything from approved data sources and certified dashboards through to agreed metric definitions and the practical patterns people follow day to day.
