As we scale from tens of thousands of nonprofits to hundreds of thousands, the systems behind our GTM, Ops, and Compliance teams need to evolve from manual and semi-automated to fully automated, well-architected, and engineered. That's where the Applied AI Engineer role comes in. You will build our internal brain: the engine helping our entire company adopt cutting-edge software and tools (think agent-based workflows) that will power our next phase of growth. The goal is to entirely rethink how work gets done in the first place, rather than to simply bolt AI onto the way we work today.
